Nissan, is often a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Nishi-ku, Yokohama. The company sells its cars in the Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun brands with in-house performance tuning products labelled Nismo. Taken together, the Renault–Nissan Alliance include the world’s fourth largest automaker. Nissan would be the leading Japanese brand in China, Russia and Mexico.In 2014 Nissan was the greatest car manufacturer in North America.Nissan would be the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, with global sales greater than 320,000 all-electric vehicles by April 2018. The top-selling vehicle with the carmaker's lineup would be the Nissan LEAF, an all-electric car along with the world's top-selling highway-capable plug-in electric car ever sold.In January 2018, Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa announced that most Infiniti vehicles launched from 2021 will probably be hybrid vehicles or all-electric vehicles.
